Mouse or Keyboard Input Freezes for 10-30 Seconds

When using a mouse or keyboard connected to your computer, the input sometimes freezes for up to 30
seconds during normal operation.

Procedure

Plug the USB dongle directly into the USB-A port on the Studio P21.

Studio P21 Display Is Blank After Restarting Mac

After restarting a Mac connected to your Studio P21 conferencing display, the Studio P21 screen fails to
initiate and is blank.

Procedure

1.

Go to 

Applications

 and open the 

DisplayLink Manager

.

2.

From inside the DisplayLink Manager app, download and install the 

Login screen extension

status

 tool.

3.

Restart your computer.
