ONE-WAY BEARING BUSHING REPLACEMENT

1. Replace the bushing using adapter (PN

5020636

)

and an arbor press.

NOTE

Inspect the One-way bearing for signs of wear when

replacing the One-way bearing bushing. Replace if

necessary.

CLUTCH ASSEMBLY

NOTE

The Teflon® bushings are self-lubricating.

CAUTION

Do not apply oil or grease to the bushings.

Reassemble the drive clutch in the following sequence.
Be sure the “X”, or the marks that were made earlier are
aligned during each phase of assembly.

1. Install the plastic Helix ensuring it is fully seated and

engaged with the drive lugs of the Stationary Sheave.

2. Install the EBS flange sleeve assembly ensuring the

flange is seated flush with the Stationary Sheave.

IMPORTANT

During reassembly ensure the EBS cam remains fully

seated with the Stationary Sheave or EBS cam damage

and severe creeping will occur.
