PROPSHAFT REMOVAL - 4 SEAT
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
WARNING
Serious injury may result if machine tips or falls. Be
sure machine is secure before beginning this
procedure. Always wear eye protection.
2. Remove skid plate from the vehicle. Refer to
procedure.
3. Locate the propshaft roll pin and use the Roll Pin
Removal Tool (
2872608
) to remove the roll pin.
Discard roll pin. Push the front propshaft rearward to
remove it from the front gearcase input shaft.
4. Slide the front propshaft

off the center propshaft

and remove it from the vehicle.
IMPORTANT
Use care not to damage brake lines when removing
propshafts.
5. Remove the fasteners retaining center propshaft
support bearing to the frame.
6. Slide the center propshaft off the rear propshaft, and
remove it from the vehicle.
7. Remove the fasteners retaining the rear propshaft
support bearing to the frame.
NOTICE
Note the orientation of the coolant line clip for
installation.
