Handlebar Centering

5. With alignment bar installed through spindles (on 0

camber models), center handlebars by adjusting

drag link length (Fig I). On models with negative

camber, the alignment bar cannot be installed

through spindles. On these models, the pitman and

idler arm (Fig II) (or bellcrank on non-CRC models)

should be pointed straight forward.

6. Lubricate ski pivot bushings with Polaris Premium

All Season Grease and install in spindle. Torque

ski bolts to specification. Install new cotter pin in

castle nut.

7. Perform Toe Adjustment on page 6.13.
