TOP/BACK & DOORS

**DESIGNED TO WORK WITH PURE POLARIS POLY WINDSHIELD p.n. 2876958 & 2876959

NOTE: It is important to initially install the cab on a unit that is near room temperature.

SECTION 1
1- Install 2 gray plastic clips onto the upper front cab frame bar, before installing the windshield.  Only install the front clips - about 20" apart
on center.  The holes should be angled slightly upward for the fiberglass anti-pooling rods (to be installed later).

2- Install the Polaris poly windshield as per instructions - Note: If you are going to install doors, remove the Velcro from the doors and attach
the Velcro to the side edges of the windshield.  Start at the very bottom and align holes.  It is best if the Velcro goes under the edging, this
will prevent peeling - see picture 14.  Install the windshield hardware through the Velcro to help hold it in place.  Clean noted area with
isopropyl rubbing alcohol and allow to dry.  Peel the backing of the self-adhesive Velcro and adhere.  Firmly press the adhesive with a
blunt object to ensure a good bond.  Maximum Velcro adhesion will occur in 24 hours at room temperature.  Attach the top to the velcro.

3- For packaging reasons the frames have been split.  First follow these instructions to install the frames and insert them into the canvas.

FOR THE TOP FRAME:
3.1-  Carefully remove the fiberglass rod from the webbing storage sleeve and discard the webbing.
3.2-  Click together the main portion of the top frame (3/4 tubing with plastic hardware to the front sides) - seen in photo 1.  This is done
by locating the spring pin into the pre-drilled hole.
3.3-  Use a large flat surface to install the frame into the top.  With the buttons facing toward you (facing up in the inside/down when the
top is installed); install the top frame into the material sleeve.  Start by placing the end of the aluminum into the side cut out as seen
in photo 2.  Work around the material sleeve and when you come to the two front corners be sure to place the sewn webbing loop
around the aluminum as seen in photo 3.  Be careful not to snag the webbing on the plastic hardware.
3.4-  Insert the short ends of the aluminum (7/8") into the rear top pockets and attach them to the main section of the top with the plastic
hardware facing in as seen in photo 4.  Make sure the button clicks when connecting the parts.
3.5-  Install the ends of the frame into the webbing pockets as seen in photo 5.
3.6-  Pull the end of the material over the front of the frame as seen in photo 6.  Be sure the webbing looping to the frame is inside of the
        plastic hardware for the door.

FOR THE DOOR FRAMES:
3.7-  Assemble frames (left & right) on a flat surface.  Rivet the frames together.
3.8-  Install the door frame into the material sleeve of the door.  Put the rivets facing out;  Hint: Start the top of the frame in the bottom of
        the canvas.
