• Always stake or weigh down your shelter. Do not use in any potentially windy or
rainy weather.
• Wind and rain can damage the Nova Hex Canada Series Tent and may also result in
injury to you or others. Do not rely on shelter for protection during a storm.
• The Nova Hex Canada Series tent is designed as a temporary structure. Do not
leave it unattended for any period of time.
• Use caution when handling the frame. Avoid pinching hands or fingers as frames
open and closes.
• Do not use the tent in a lightning storm.
• Do not build fires or BBQ within the tent.
• Wrinkles can be removed with cool iron or fabric steamer
• Fabric should not be stored when damp or wet. Store in dry, cool area
• Your fabric graphic can be machine washed. Remove any hardware attached to the
fabric prior to cleaning. Use mild soap and cool water. Air dry fabric or dry on frame,
if possible.
• Fabric must be completely dry prior to storing.
• Do not dry clean.
• Treat stain from backside of fabric.
• Remove as much of debris as possible with a soft bristle brush (do NOT rub hard)
• Use a clean, lint-free white cloth. Lightly pat the stain from the outside in to keep
the stain from spreading.
• If a cleaning solution is used, rinse the area well with water to ensure no solution is
left behind.
• Most stains can be treated with household fabric stain removers. It is always
important to test how the solution will react to the fabric. This can be tested by
dabbing solution to a small inside corner of the fabric.
PNH Enterprises Inc. ('PNH '), manufacturer of Nova Hex Canada
Series Tents, warrants to the original purchaser who provides a
dated sales receipt each part of the frame that has defects in
material or workmanship for a period of FIVE years after the date
of original purchase. This warranty applies only for normal and
expected uses, as determined by the manufacturer. PNH's obliga-
tion and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or
replacement (at its discretion) of the product or its parts, after its
own review and examination.
Before returning any part or product to PNH, please phone or write
to obtain specific return shipping instructions. All shipping costs
must be prepaid and PNH is not responsible for products damaged
in transit.
This warranty does not apply to any product which has been
altered or modified in any manner; to damages caused by wind,
rain, or other forces of nature; to accidental or deliberate damage
of the product; nor to uses that are not suitable for the product.
