 TERMINATIONS

If the rope you purchased includes one or more PMI manufactured 

terminations, then this section titled “PMI Terminations” is the manufacturer’s 

instructions for those terminations. Please read this entire section for important 

safety information regarding PMI sewn and swaged rope terminations. Each 

termination has been carefully manufactured to meet the highest standards for 

life-safety products. Our terminations, whether sewn or swaged, are designed 

to provide you with a convenient attachment point for this rope product. 

Please carefully read and follow the following information regarding the use, 

inspection, maintenance, and retirement of this product.

TERMINATIONS CHARTS:

The NFPA class & ANSI compliance for terminations is only for Classic Pro 

EZ, Classic Pro EZ with Unicore®, and Extreme Pro™ rope. PMI can also sew 

terminations on Talon, Isostatic, Sport, Access Pro, Global Pro, and Max Wear 

ropes. Polyester ropes cannot be swaged.
