CLIK uses a magnet placed in the upper part of the device which is useful for fixing it to the clip to the rail and it
is also used to make the recovery from the water easy, by means of the magnetic boat-hook MHOOK-e . Magnets
can affect the functioning of implanted pacemakers and defibrillators.
WARNING: KEEP CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT CARDS, IT DEVICES, MECHANICAL WATCHES, HEARING AIDS
AND OTHER SENSITIVE TO MAGNETIC FIELDS DEVICES AT A SAFE DISTANCE OF MORE THAN 30 CM
FROM THE MAGNET. EVEN PERSONS WITH PACEMAKER HAVE TO KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE OF MORE
THAN 30 CM FROM THE MAGNET.
During sailing, never leave CLIK hooked to the holder to the rail: excessive oscillations may cause the buoy to
uncouple, with its possible loss in the sea or damage. Remove the support from the rail and place it on the top of
the buoy (as supplied into the package) to neutralize most of the magnet's magnetic field. Then place the buoy in a
locker, always at a safe distance of at least 2 meters from the on-board compass.

The autonomy varies according
to the time of immersion of the
buoy, refer to the table to get
an avarage indication of the
useful cycles with fully
charged battery.
(1)
Consecutive maximum
cycles without solar recharge
considering an immersion time
of 2 hours;
(2)
CLIK can only use
solar energy to recharge. When
it is exposed to sunlight it
recharges itself autonomously
thanks to its solar cells.
(3)
16 hours of sunshine are enough to recharge the battery if it is completely empty. Average charging time with completely
empty battery considering an average daily insolation of 1000W / Mq. When it is unused for more than 2 minutes, the buoy
enters the energy saving mode, emitting an acoustic signal and a blue flash one for 1 ".
When fully charged, CLIK can be stored in a locker and will retain its charge for a period of more than 6 months,
ready to be reused. CLIK uses a coded and univocal transmission system that allows the ascent when called up, has
a microprocessor that provides control of its peripherals, including:
Pressure sensor
: detects the depth of seabed and self-regulate according to that.
Motion sensor
: detects motion, entering energy savings when CLIK is not used.
Water sensor
: detects when it is submerged, turning on automatically.
