Explanatory notes:
A Put the USB stick in the USB port on the PC board (refer to
B The white LED shows a “heartbeat” blinking pattern (the
system is starting up).
C When the white LED is blinking, the system has recognized
the USB stick and the firmware update is running.
D When the white LED is still blinking and the green LED is
on, the firmware update has been successful.
E When the white LED is still blinking and the red LED is
on

the firmware update has failed.
Possible causes:
- failure during the update process

corrupt update files on the USB stick

you have tried to upload an older firmware version than
the existing one

you have tried to upload firmware for another type of
Panel, e.g. ControlPro/HMI
F When the white LED is
on before you have finished the
firmware update procedure, the firmware update has failed.
Possible causes:
- the Panel does not recognize the USB stick
-
the USB stick contains files that are not meant for the
ControlGo Panel
The system goes back to normal mode.

Firmware version

Write the date and firmware
version in the table to know
the latest update; or
- Put a sticker inside the
Panel door and write down
the same information.
