When the LED is on, a valid signal is accessed to the connector.
4 3G-SDI 3G-SDI 4 connector is provided with an LED (top one between connectors 3 and 4).

5.4.4 DP 1.1 Quad Input Card
General
The DP 1.1 quad input card provides four DP 1.1 connectors which support
DisplayPort video inputs. The maximum loading capacity reaches 4K2K@60Hz.
DP 1.1 quad input card
1 DP 1.1 DP 1 connector is provided with an LED (bottom one between DP 1 and DP 2).
When the LED is on, a valid signal is accessed to the connector.
2 DP 1.1 DP 2 connector is provided with an LED (top one between DP 1 and DP 2).
When the LED is on, a valid signal is accessed to the connector.
3 DP 1.1 DP 3 connector is provided with an LED (bottom one between DP 3 and DP 4).
When the LED is on, a valid signal is accessed to the connector.
4 DP 1.1 DP 4 connector is provided with an LED (top one between DP 3 and DP 4).
When the LED is on, a valid signal is accessed to the connector.
