Problem
Possible Causes
Remedy
The flex-view series device does
not start after it has been powered
on for a long time and has no
output
Too many BKG files are stored,
causing the startup time to be
longer
Delete the BKG files that you do
not use.
Triton exits unexpectedly or gets
stuck during the U3 use
Triton crashed or the system
threw an exception
Power off the U3 and then restart
it.
A sync error occurs after the
device restarts, or after you
change the IP address or factory
reset the device
There is device preemption on the
LAN
Restart the service of Triton.
The device status in the service is
not updated
Sync again.
Triton fails to connect the device,
or the connection is unstable and
the device goes offline frequently
Wrong IP configuration, or
connected to the wrong Ethernet
port
Check the IP configuration to
make sure your PC, the flex-view
series device and the U3 are on
the same network segment, and
their IP addresses do not conflict.
The U3 has two Ethernet ports
that are on the different network
segments. Make sure you connect
the device to the right Ethernet
port.
The firewall is not disabled on
your PC and the service
connection is blocked
Disable the firewall on your PC.
There are multiple versions of
Triton or service on the network,
causing device preemption
Make sure the Triton versions on
PCs or the U3 on the network are
the same. Delete or exit the
unused Triton program and
service.
The versions of Triton and
hardware program do not match
The released trial versions of
Triton are incompatible. Make
sure the versions of Triton and
hardware program match.
Triton or the service threw an
exception
Restart Triton.
