10 OPERATION
The fuel dispenser is powered by a voltage ranging from 220 V to 240 V, 50 Hz. It is equipped with
a motor, 4-character backlit display, iButton reader, blue LED for Bluetooth connection and red LED
for warning/alarm:
Red LED:
when it is on with a fixed light
it indicates a series of alarms
(code A1, A2, A3, A4, A6 see
table). When it is on with a
flashing light it indicates a
warning (see table).

If the display back lighting is active, this
means that the driver or manager has been
authenticated via smartphone or the driver has
been authenticated via iButton.
The display shows: the version of the installed
firmware, the dispensing value, the time, the
warning or alarm code when the red LED is on,
the boot status for the firmware update and the
percentage of firmware transferred
Blue LED: when
on it indicates
that a device
is connected in
Bluetooth

NOTE Red LED on - It switches on due to several factors, each time the LED lights
up the display shows a code indicated by a letter A and by an incremental
number. Whenever the led is on, it is not possible to dispense.
Below are the possible coded errors, with their respective resolution methods:

ALARM BUFFER FULL The buffer of the dispensing of the controller is full, bring
to the cloud all 500 dispensings present in the controller
A2 ALARM TANK
(EMPTY TANK)
The fuel tank is empty so you can not fill up, refill the tank
A3 ALARM INACTIVE
PUMP
The pump was disabled via WebApp by the site manager
A4
ALARM RTC RESET The time has been lost, because the capacitor used
to store the time has been discharged. Then you need
to download the current time to the controller via
smartphone
A6 ALARM LOW_BATTERY Expected, but not implemented
U7 WARNING TANK Red LED flashing; furthermore, if no smartphone is
connected or no driver has logged in with iButton, the
display shows the code U7
