Edit the account name, code, description, status or password.

Set the account status to 'inactive' to prevent anyone from charging postage against an
account.

11. Tap the back-arrow to return to the list of accounts.

Cancel
to return to the Envelope Printing screen.
Deleting a Envelope Printing account
Accounts can only be deleted if postage has not been charged to them. Make sure you do not need an
account's data before you delete an account. When you delete an account, sub account or sub sub
account, you remove its data. You cannot recover that data.
Important:
If postage has been charged to an account, you can only make the account inactive. You
cannot delete the account.
Set an account status to 'inactive' to prevent users from charging transactions against this account. To
prevent misallocation of postage funds you will need to delete any presets that have an inactive account
associated with them.

on the Home screen.
2. Tap
Account
.
3. Tap the
Preferences
icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
4. Tap
Manage Accounts
.
5. Tap
Delete account
. The list of available accounts appears.
6. Tap the account you want to delete.
7. Tap
OK
.
8. Tap
Yes, delete account
to confirm.
9. Tap
OK
.
10. Tap the back-arrow to return to the list of accounts.
11. Tap
Cancel
to return to the Envelope Printing screen.
