Automatically Feeding of Envelopes
1. Tap lead edges and top edges of envelopes on table.

Do not use the WOW deck for tapping the edges of
the envelopes.

3. Load the envelopes onto the feeder with the flap side facing
down and the top edge against the rear wall.
2. Shingle envelopes (slant the stack as shown) so the bottom
envelope feeds first. All envelopes should be the same size.
Side Guide
4. Slide the side guide up to the mail pieces. Leave 1/16” space
(about the thickness of a quarter) between the bottom of the side
guide and the envelope to ensure feeding is not restricted. (Use
only a few mail pieces when making this side guide adjustment.)
5. Press
Start
. The system automatically feeds the envelope, prints
the digital indicia and ejects the envelope.
