Accounting options when running mail
The following accounting options are available when you select an account while running mail.

Creating a new account

Adding sub account to selected account
l
Editing the selected account
l
Deleting the selected account
l
Choosing columns
l
Managing account search criteria
l
Viewing unlocked accounts only
Note:
If users are enabled on your system, supervisor access rights are required to create, edit or delete an
account.
Selecting an account while running mail
If your system uses accounting, you must select an account in order to run mail. Follow the steps below if
the selected job on the Run Mail screen does not contain an account, or if you want to select a different
account.
1. Ensure that the appropriate job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen.
2. Select the
Accounts
button in the Mail Information list box. The Select Account screen displays.
All of the accounts on your system are listed on this screen.
