Setting the PIN code
Set this unit’s PIN code to the same setting as that fo r the
Bluetooth wi r eless technology device used. Su pp o r ted PIN
code setting values include 0000, 1234 o r 8888.
• Default setting: 0000
1 Press FUNCTION / or BT AUDIO on the
top panel of the unit to select BT Audio as the
input source.
The
BT AUDIO

BT Audio
is shown on the
main dis p lay.
2 Press SET UP.
3 Use
/
to select Option Settings  BT PIN
Select, then press ENTER.
4 Use
/
to select the PIN code, then press
ENTER.
The PIN code is sto r ed.
Pairing Bluetooth

adapter and
Bluetooth wireless technology device
“Pai r ing” must be done befo r e you sta r t p layback of Bluetooth
wi r eless technology content using Bluetooth

ada p te r . Make
su r e to p ai r devices the fi r st time you o p e r ate the system o r
any time p ai r ing data is clea r ed. “Pai r ing” is the ste p
necessa r y to r egiste r Bluetooth wi r eless technology device to
enable Bluetooth communications.

device that you want to pair, place it near the
system and set it into pairing mode.

adapter is
detected by the Bluetooth wireless technology
device.
• If the Bluetooth wi r eless technology device cannot be
connected to the unit, p e r fo r m the connection o p e r ation
f r om the Bluetooth wi r eless technology device.
Listening to music contents of Bluetooth
wireless technology device
