Setting the remote to control
other components
Recall signal from the remote
control of another device to the
remote control of this unit
The remote control supplied with this unit is registered with
preset codes for multiple AV devices (including products of
other brands).
For a list of preset codes for all other devices that can be
controlled see
Preset code list
on page 60. For the functions
assigned to each button see
Control of other devices
on
page 47.

Hold down SHIFT and then press either TV
or BD.

Use the number buttons (0-9) to enter the 4
digit code that corresponds to the device that
you wish to control.

Hold down SHIFT and then press either TV
or BD.
Press
SOURCE
. If the power to the desired device can be
turned on/off then it means you have entered the correct
code.
Note
• Even if the settings appear to have been performed
correctly, there are multiple codes in which the
functions of only certain buttons differ. Confirm that you
can operate the device as desired.
Delete a preset code

Hold down SHIFT and then press either TV
or BD.

Use the number buttons (0-9) to enter 9999.

Press SHIFT and CLEAR.
Reset all preset codes
This will reset all remote control settings, and return it to
original factory settings.
Factory preset codes
TV: 0305
BD: 2255

Hold down SHIFT and then press ENTER.

Use the number buttons (0-9) to enter
12358079.

Press ENTER and CLEAR.
