6. Carefully loosen the measurement chamber and tilt to gain access to the

lower silicon vacuum tube fitted to the opposite air hose nipple on the
measurement chamber.

7. Remove the silicon vacuum tube from the air hose nipple on the opposite side

of the chamber, using the previously explained methodology (see step 4).

8. Package the used measurement chamber with the same packaging as

provided for the replacement measurement chamber and return to the
manufacturer.

Install

1. Reconnect the lower air hose.

2. Connect two cables running from DPM Carrier board to Laser Amplifier board.

3. Place Laser chamber assembly in position.

4. Secure with three screws.

5. Reconnect the upper air hose

6. RTV the connectors on the Amplifier board.

7. Resecure wiring with cable tie.

8. Enter the calibration coefficient printed on the plate on the laser camber as the

fCalibrationValue on the SYSTEM SETPOINTS page in the HMI screen (see
Figure 11) to maintain the calibration of the DPM Reader with the new laser
chamber. Refer to section 11.1 for detailed instructions on how to access and
update the Red Lion HMI.
