5.1
Connecting the Dynamic Energy Storage Unit
Basic information
• The places of operation must be dry and dust-free.
• The air supplied must not contain any electrically-conductive dust, gas or vapour
which could impair functionality. Corresponding remedial measures must be taken
if necessary.
• The Dynamic Energy Storage Unit may only be operated in ambient temperatures
from 0 - 40 °C.
• The Dynamic Energy Storage Unit may only be operated in connection with an ap
-
plication which has direct access to the DC link capacity.
• The connecting wires (cross-section to comply with your national standards) be
-
tween the Dynamic Energy Storage Unit and the application must not be longer
than 1.0 m, must be laid as a twisted pair and must be proof against short-circuits.
