8.9 Arbitrary waveform generator
The

can generate a single or repetitive setpoint signal. The curve shape
can be freely defined by up to 1024 samples.
After the command
grun,1

enerator
starts at the index defined by

and
runs until the index defined by

. In all successive cycles, the
a
rbitrary waveform g
enerator
starts
at
gsarb
. This is repeated until the number of cycles reaches the value given by
gcarb
.
With

the output sampling time of 50
µs can be extended. This means that the same index is
output for the number of samples given by
gtarb
.
The

rbitrary waveform g
enerator
can be stopped with
grun,0
at any time. The index of the sample at
which the
a
rbitrary waveform g
enerator
was stopped can be queried with the command
giarb
.
