4-5. Set-up, Calibration, and Maintenance Mode Activation
MODE SELECT → SETUP SELECTION → Desired Selection (SETUP, CALIBRATION, MAINTENANCE)
The Setup feature allows the user to set, adjust, and maintain the foam system under three categories (setup,
Calibration, Maintenance). Each category contains several sub-categories to adjust the system as necessary. The
user must perform an activation sequence to access these features in order to prevent the user from inadvertently
activating these features during normal operations.

NOTE: This example activates the “Setup” subcategory. Activating “Calibration” or “Maintenance” is
performed in the same manner.
1. While in the home screen (normal running mode, foam pump not running), press the PAGE button to go to the
Mode Select Screen.
2. Arrow down to “Setup”.
3. Press and hold the ENTER button for 5 full seconds to bring up the “Setup Selection” screen.
4. Use the green up/down Arrows to highlight “Setup” “Calibration” or “Maintenance” from the menu.
5. Press and hold the ENTER button. While holding the enter button, press the UP and DOWN arrows
simultaneously. The desired selection subcategory screen will appear.
Set-up and Calibration Modes should only be used by qualified personnel, as any changes made while
in the Set-up or Calibration Modes may adversely affect the system performance.
