USB connector X12

Depending on the used phyCORE-module on the Development Board,
the USB connector X12 provides the following connection.

For the phyCORE-TC1130:

X12 enables the connection to the
TC1130 USB feature

For the phyCORE-TC1130 the following jumper settings are required:

TC1796 onboard USB to UART
Bridge.

For the phyCORE-TC1796 the following jumper settings are required:
