Battery Maintenance
Overview
: There is no battery status indicator on the LIFEPAK CR2 device. The battery status is monitored through a
combination of self-tests, automatic email notifications to the owner with battery status for connected devices, and
voice prompt diagnostics. The Operating Instructions provide customers with information about battery maintenance
and troubleshooting tips.
NOTE
:
•
There is not coin cell battery on
CR2
. Each battery maintains a real-time clock in UTC-0 time. All real time
events on
CR2
will be converted in local time from LIFENET System in webpages, log file, event file, and
reports based on
CR2
location.
•
Battery Specifications: See
LIFEPAK CR2 Defibrillator Specifications
•
Battery Status: For devices that are connected to LIFELINK, the battery status can be viewed on the LIFELINK
website in the Equipment view with ASR role.
