a.
Check device configuration settings against installed hardware.
b.
Possible A09 Printer Control Keypad or A10 Main Keypad failure.

Verify that the appropriate connecting cables and wire harnesses are functional.

Possible nonvolatile RAM failure on A01 System PCB.
