To accommodate a variety of print jobs, the position of the label edge sensor can be shifted
to the left or right until it reaches the correct sensing position. The sensor can be seen
when viewed through the print unit from the front and is indicated by a notch in the sensor
housing.
• Use the handle (2) to position the label edge sensor so that the sensor (1) can detect
gaps between labels or the reflective or perforation mark.
• If labels of an unconventional shape (i.e., not square or rectangular) are used, use the
handle (2) to position the label edge sensor at the label's leading edge.
• Close the printhead.
• Press the feed button.
The THERMOMARK X1.1 is now ready to print.
