Printer does not stop when ink
ribbon runs out Direct thermal printing is selected in the

Data receive buffer is full, but the computer
is attempting to send more data Use data transmission with protocol
(preferably RTS/CTS).
FPGA malfunction
Hardware error Switch printer off, then on again.

Replace printhead.
Head open
Printhead not locked Lock printhead.
Head too hot
Printhead excessively warm The print job continues automatically after

Invalid setup
Error in the configuration memory Reconfigure printer.

Print job too large, e.g., due to loaded
fonts, large graphics Cancel print job. Reduce the amount of
data to be printed.
No DHCP server
Printer is configured for DHCP, there is no
DHCP server present or the DHCP server
is currently unavailable Deactivate DHCP in the configuration and
assign a permanent IP address.
Inform the network administrator.
