4.1
Cleaning
Cleaning the device
•
Protect the device from dust and other contaminants. If not being used, cover it.
•
Wipe down the device with a duster. The duster can either be dry or dampened with a
mild cleaning agent.
Cleaning the seal inserts
•
If the pen magazine seal inserts are badly contaminated (Penstation), replace these
(refer to “Replacing the seal insert on the pen magazine” on Page 19).
Cleaning the marker pens
•
Clean the marker pens with the cleaning set (CMS-R-SET-TR, 5146751).
•
Alternatively, you can carefully clean the tips of the pens with a lint-free cloth. Soak the
cloth with special cleaning fluid (CMS-R-FLUID-TR, 5146750).
