“Redundancy” menu
In the “Redundancy” menu, you can view certain information about the redundant control
system and the controllers, and make various redundancy settings.

“Redundancy” menu
The following information is displayed on the start page of the “Redundancy” menu:
1. Name of the menu
2. Current redundancy type
3. Current redundancy role
4. Current redundancy status
5. Physical Link (PL): Status of the physical connection to the SYNC interface, possible
states:
– LinkUp: Physical connection present
– LinkDown: No physical connection present
6. Logical Link (LL): Connection monitoring at the SYNC interface, possible states:
– Sync: Connection monitoring is active at the SYNC interface.
– PnCIf (“PROFINET Controller Interface”): Connection monitoring is active at Ether
-
net interface LAN1, as the physical connection to the SYNC interface was inter
-
rupted.
– NoLink: Connection monitoring is not (yet) active at the SYNC interface.
Status information
The following status information is indicated based on the color of the “Redundancy” tile and
the icon:
