Cutting tower
using the Cutting tower
Note: If you want the Cutting Tower to eject the processed ingredients straight
into the HomeCooker, remove the lid of the HomeCooker and place the
Cutting Tower next to the HomeCooker.
Note: You can also use the Cutting Tower without the HomeCooker. Simply
place the Cutting Tower next to the bowl or pan.
1
Put the ingredients in the feeding tube.
- Pre-cut large ingredients into pieces that fit in the feeding tube.
- Fill the feeding tube evenly for the best results.
- To shred cheese, e.g. Parmesan, Gouda or Emmentaler, the cheese
should be at refrigerator temperature.
Note: Certain ingredients may cause discolouration. If you spill ingredients on
the outside of the Cutting Tower, wipe away the spills immediately.
2
Put the pusher onto the ingredients in the feeding tube.
3
Turn the control knob to speed 1 or 2 and push down the pusher.
