Common problems that may occur when monitoring FHR using ultrasound are listed in “Monitoring
FHR and FMP Using Ultrasound” on page 95. See also “Monitoring FHR Using DECG” on page 137
for common problems you might encounter when monitoring FHR directly.
The following problem may occur when monitoring twins.
