incoming power to the device will need to be manually cycled
OFF/ON
before device will
resume communication. To pause device communication, go to the Settings page of the
device you would like to pause, and hit the
Pause
button at the bottom of the screen.
Likewise, to un-pause device communication, click the
Un-Pause
button at the bottom of
the settings page for the paused device. After the device has been un-paused on the portal
AND power has been cycled OFF and back ON, the device will resume communication.
5.14 Deactivating Device
Deactivating a device will permanently deactivate the SIM card after the current pay period
expires. Deactivating a device is permanent and cannot be reversed without the purchase
of a new SIM card. To deactivate a device, go to
Device Settings
and click
Deactivate
and follow the steps to complete the process.
