Terms
Filtered profile: profile signal after primary profile is filtered to remove waviness.
D-P (direct-profile): adopt central line of Least Square Algorithm.
RC filter: analogue 2RC filter with phase difference.
PC-RC filter: RC filter with phase-correction.
