7.3 Checklist for inspection and maintenance!
Pfeiffer Vacuum recommends that all maintenance work is carried out by the manufacturer’s service de-
partment. If the required intervals listed below are exceeded, or if maintenance work is carried out im-
properly, no warranty or liability claims are accepted on the part of Pfeiffer Vacuum. This also applies if
original spare parts are not used.
