7.3 Checklist for inspection and maintenance!
Pfeiffer Vacuum recommends that all maintenance work is carried out by the manufacturer’s service de-
partment. If the required intervals listed below are exceeded, or if maintenance work is carried out im-
properly, no warranty or liability claims are accepted on the part of Pfeiffer Vacuum. This also applies if
original spare parts are not used.

Depending on the operating conditions, the required maintenance intervals can be shorter than the reference values speci-
fied in the table. Please consult Pfeiffer Vacuum if necessary.

1) Operating fluid is required for all maintenance activities, and must be ordered separately in each
