ELECTRIC COMPONENTS

Oil pump control and ignition

unit/Regulator/Starter motor relay

- Remove the lower fairing by sliding it

towards the rear of the vehicle (1 screw).

- Remove:

• Regulator (1).
• The starter motor relay (2).
• Oil pump control and ignition unit (3).

Removal of the fuel gauge

- Remove the footboard. See: Procedure 7.

page 24.

- Disconnect the fuel gauge (1).
- Remove the fuel gauge (4 screw).
- Remove the rubber gasket.

When re-installing, use a new gasket.
