Your transmitter is easy to operate. It comes equipped with an internal antenna. No
additional, external antenna is required.

Several transmitter settings have been factory pre-set. They are described below. These
settings can be modified, as detailed later in the manual, to suit your individual training
needs.

To deliver factory pre-set, momentary stimulation:

• Momentary stimulation,

  or “nick,” is a quick

  burst that lasts 5/100ths

  of a second.

• To deliver factory pre-set

  momentary stimulation,

  press the large, yellow

  button.

• Intensity levels vary from

  1 (lowest) to 8 (highest).

• To indicate that

  momentary stimulation is

being delivered, the red LED light on both the transmitter and receiver will flash.

If the light on the transmitter continues to flash, the transmitter battery will need to

  be replaced.

NOTE: In the momentary mode, the stimulation burst will last 5/100ths of a second no matter
how long the button is depressed.

To deliver factory pre-set, continuous stimulation:

• Continuous stimulation is constant, up to a maximum of eight seconds.
• To deliver factory pre-set continuous stimulation, press the small, black button.
• Intensity levels vary from 1 (lowest) to 8 (highest).
• To indicate that continuous stimulation is being delivered, the red LED light on
the transmitter and receiver will remain illuminated as long as the button is pressed.
If the light on the transmitter flashes the transmitter battery will need to

  be replaced.

NOTE: In the continuous mode, the stimulation will transmit for no more than eight

continuous seconds no matter how long the button is pressed. To reactivate, release and repress
