Symptom Probable Cause Solution
Unit does not turn ON. 1. Battery disconnect switch is off.
2. Ignition switch is off.
3. Fuse is blown.
1. Turn battery disconnect switch on.
2. Turn ignition switch on.
3. Replace fuse. See vehicle operator manual.
Overtemp warning on screen. 1. Exposed to direct sunlight for a long period without
ventilation.
2. Unusually high operating temperature.
1. Do not park in direct sunlight without proper
ventilation in cab.
2. Shut unit off and allow it to cool. If high temperature
continues unit will automatically shut down.
Very weak or no GPS signals. 1. Surrounded by tall buildings or structures.
2. Vehicle is in a tunnel or parking structure.
1. Move the vehicle away from structures.
2. System will work the best when there is an open
view to the sky. Move to where there are no
obstructions.
Display monitor is difficult to
read. 1. Brightness not properly adjusted.
2. Screen setting modes incorrect.
3. Monitor is dirty.
1. Adjust brightness.
2. Change to proper mode of Auto, Day or Night.
3. Clean monitor with a soft cloth and water.
Cannot connect to the internet. 1. Modem wiring is incorrect.
2. Modem is not installed.
3. Service for modem is not initiated or activated.
1. Check wiring and repair as needed.
2. Install modem.
3. Contact wireless service provider to activate
modem.
Cannot pair Bluetooth® device. 1. Phone is not compatible with system.
2. Weak or no phone signal strength.
1. Contact your authorized dealer service center to
determine if your phone is compatible.
2. Try pairing again when you have a strong signal.
