Running Operational Qualification (OQ)
The
performs an automated Operational
Qualification whenever required by your laboratory procedures.
The Diagnostics tab displays the tests that are performed on the left
side of the window. The test results are displayed on the right side
of the window. After all tests are complete, the test report is
generated and saved to a file for review, printing, and
documentation purposes.
Running the Instrument Diagnostics Tests
To begin running the Diagnostics tests, touch the
Run Tests
button
on the
. The tests run from top to bottom, prompting
you to load the correct chips or plates as required for each test.
Follow the prompts. As each test is completed, the results display
on the right side of the window.
Supplies Required to Run Diagnostics Tests:

Test Chip A (PerkinElmer P/N 760453)
•
Test Chip C (PerkinElmer P/N 760624)
•
Test Chip D (PerkinElmer P/N CLS138692)
•
Test Plate with barcode label
NOTES
•
The Test Chip A and Test Chip C that are shipped with the
instrument are a matched set and should always be used
together. Always use the test chips that were originally shipped
with the instrument.
•
Do not use test chips from LabChip GX in the LabChip GX
Touch instruments.
WARNING
DO NOT use Test Chip B in the LabChip GX Touch/GXII Touch.
Putting Test Chip B into the LabChip GX Touch/GXII Touch
instrument will cause permanent damage to the instrument.
