Core:Tx User Guide
Forearm Pronation/Supination
Purpose of Exercise:
To promote neuromuscular control during
forearm pronation and supination. Exercise variations allow you to
emphasize gains in strength or motion as well.
Preparation/Positioning:
The patient may be seated or standing.
Apply the Core:Tx transceiver to the distal forearm, as shown
above, with the light gray strap. Instruct the patient in the desired
movement and set up the activity as shown below.
