Intended Use
The warning device is a compact alarm system for monitoring one or two sensors
in grease interceptors.
The warning devices must only be installed in a suitable control cabinet or
NVO5-KV installation housing.
The warning device was designed for:

the monitoring of the fat layer thickness, i. e. an alarm if a certain limit of
maximum receptacle capacity of fat has been reached.
n
the monitoring of the overflow of liquid, e. g. in the event of a blocked drain
