When the
veu
requires access to the embedded storage to SAVE captured images, it
automatically attempts to virtually disconnect the storage from the computer, save the
captured image, and then reconnect the storage to the computer.
In Windows machines and in most cases, setting FILE ACCESS to BOTH will work fine; the
computer and the
veu
are able to interchangeably access the storage with ease.
In Linux machines, some Mac OS machines, and for slower computers, it is recommended to
manually switch the storage access between the
veu
and the computer (Set FILE ACCESS to VEU
when using the
pen
, and set to PC when accessing the storage from the computer via USB). The
automatic switching procedure is often non compatible and may fail to execute.

LOAD (Display a Saved Image)
Use the LOAD option to view previously captures images saved on the
veu
in the
penveu/penveuSavedImages
directory.
Press the
menu
Button
when in pen mode to display the
menu
User Interface
.
The image names appear on the center wheel of the
menu
User Interface
. A thumbnail
preview image appears below the center wheel.
Note
: The image filenames may be changed
(Rename) using your computer and accessing the
penveu/penveuSavedImages
directory.
Lightly slide your finger along the
Touch Scroll
until the LOAD option is highlighted.
Press the
Pen Button
to select this option and advance to the next wheel.
Repeat these steps to select the desired image.
Select VIEW to display the selected image on the screen.
The word will appear and blink at the top of the display.
Select DELETE to remove the selected image from the
veu
memory.
Select EXIT to close the
menu

without performing any function.
To close the image after using the LOAD option:
1.
Press and hold the
Undo/Back Button
then select
YES
to
CLEAR ALL, or
2.
Press the
Mode Button
to switch to mouse mode,
or
3.
Press the
menu
Button
, open the
menu

, select LOAD – any image –
EXIT
