Viewing Digital Camera Images on a
Macintosh
You can use the provided USB cable (I-USB2) or a card reader to
transfer your digital camera’s images to the Macintosh, and you can
edit and print your images using the image viewing software. Here,
the method for viewing images with the provided software (S-SW12)
is explained.
The following software is included in the CD-ROM (S-SW12) provided.
• Image viewing / editing software (ACDSee for PENTAX)

• Installation of the driver is not necessary.

Power Macintosh 266MHz or higher

8MB minimum
• Hard Disk space: 6MB minimum
Movie Pictures
• AVI (Motion JPEG) compliant
• You may play movie pictures taken using the provided
software [ACDSee for PENTAX] (QuickTime required).
Software Provided
System Requirements
We recommend using the AC Adapter D-AC5 when connecting your
camera to your Macintosh. Your image data could be corrupted if
your batteries run out during image transfer.
