on your iPhone via

Connect your iPhone to your computer, launching iTunes on your computer, and
then selecting your iPhone from the Device section of iTunes
Notes
iTunes File Sharing requires:
1. iTunes version 9.1 or later.
2. Mac OS version 10.5.8 or later.
3. iPhone iOS version 4 or later.

Select Apps tab and scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see the File
Sharing section.

You will find a list of apps that
are installed on your iPhone that supports
File Sharing function. Select the app that
you want to share the WCXF contact
file with. Take
WorldCard Mobile
for
example. You will find the right Docu -
ment area lists the file that can share with
your computer.
