Splitting a 100GbE QSFP28 port to 4 separate 25GbE ports (using a breakout cable) disables (unmaps)
the 100GbE port below it. See the figures below.

ports (gray) are blocked when the upper ports are in split mode. All QSFP28 ports marked in yellow
can be split to 2 SFP28 ports.
