5.6. ELECTRONIC

Your chainsaw is fitted with an impact detection system

In the event of impact (kickback) your chainsaw will stop

immediately.

Warning

Make sure the chain is not in contact

with wood before restarting the chain-

saw.

 

5.6.1. CHECKING THE CHAIN BRAKE

Carry out sharp movements from top to bottom to acti-

vate the safety device.

Caution

Never  operate  the  chainsaw  if  the

safety device is not operating.
