5.4.2. SPEED SELECTION
Low speed: speed 1
• Press once on the tool On / Off button.
• 1 LED lights up.
Medium speed = speed 2
• Press twice on the tool On / Off button.
• 2 LEDs light up.
High speed = speed 3
• Press three times on the tool On / Off button.
• 3 LEDs light up.
Caution
Flashing "°C" message on the handle display when the tool temperature approaches the safety
shutdown temperature. Reduce the speed to a minimum or take a break.
5.5. START-UP
Caution
Check that the safety devices are running properly before starting work.
Before starting work, check that:
• The grass strimmer is securely attached to the harness.
• The tool is properly balanced on the harness.
• The harness is correctly adjusted in height.
• The cutting head is not in direct contact with the ground.
• The work area is clear.
• Nobody else is within 15 metres.
• The battery is properly connected.
• The battery charge level is displayed.
• The selected speed is correct.
Note
When the battery is connected to the tool, the information appears on the tool's handle digital display and
disappears from the battery's digital display.
