My terminal froze up. How do I reset the terminal?
To try to reboot the E500, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

Select Reboot on the E500 screen.
Rebooting the E500
If the
reboot isn’t successful, perform a mandatory shutdown. Press and hold the power button for 10
seconds. Once the E500 has shut down, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to restart the
terminal.

Can I use my E500 as a secure hot spot?
The E500 ships without a browser installed. If you were to implement a hot spot, you would assume
liability for its use.
