Using the Maintenance menu with the door closed
If the terminal has an electronic lock (identification using a maintenance card), you
can use the small version of the maintenance menu without opening the
maintenance door (see the "Tree structure" section to view the functions accessible
with the door closed).
If the agent wishes to access the full maintenance menu, they will need to open
the maintenance door and use the keyboard of the display module.
If the machine has an alphanumeric keypad or an extended keyboard, all
the functions are available with the door closed or open, after a
maintenance card is inserted.
If the machine only has a standard function keypad, it must have a
configuration of at least three buttons in addition to the Cancel button
and the OK button for navigation in the menu. If that is not so, the
Maintenance menu must be accessed with the door open, so as to be
able to use the display module keypad.
