Product description

Switching input isolation type safety barrier, receiving switch or 

proximity switch inputs from hazardous areas, and transmitting 

them to a safe place for output through safety barrier isolation, 

with relay output normally open/normally closed conversion 

setting function. This product requires independent power supply 

and isolation of the power supply, input, and output terminals.

Note: For switch input (�), K� and K� need to be set to the OFF state,

and there is no line fault (disconnection, short circuit) detection 

function; If there is a need for line fault (wire breakage, short circuit) 

detection function, a ��K Ω resistor should be connected in parallel 

at both ends of the switch, and a ��� Ω resistor should be connected 

in series, as shown in switch (II). K� and K� should be set to the ON 

state.

Safety and explosion-proof certification

The isolation type safety barrier and the on-site intrinsic safety 

instrument are connected to form an intrinsic safety explosion-proof 

circuit (intrinsic safety circuit). The system must confirm before use:

�. The explosion-proof level of on-site intrinsically safe instruments 

should comply with the operating environment, and they should be 

certified by a nationally authorized explosion-proof product 

certification agency and have obtained an explosion-proof 

qualification certificate.

�. The certification parameters between the isolated safety barrier 

and the on-site intrinsic safety instrument are clear and comply with 

GB/T����.��, ���.�, etc.

�. If there are unclear parameters, it is necessary to form an intrinsically 

safe circuit system and obtain explosion-proof products 

authorized by the state confirmation from the certification body.
