Self-Test Results
The results of the last power-up or reset self-test appear in the middle column of
the System and Test Status screen.

CPU Failed The CPU failed internal testing. 1. Reset the unit and try again.

Failed One or more of the Unit’s integrated

testing.

Failed, Pt 1 The Unit failed to loop data on the
G.703 on Port 1. 1. Reset the unit and try again.

Memory
Failed The Model 7976 Standalone
Termination Unit failed memory
verification.

FPGA
Failed, Pt1 A failure in the FPGA was detected. 1. Reset the unit and try again.

DataPath
Failed, Pt1 The unit failed to loop data between
the G.703 Port and the DSL loop. 1. Reset the unit and try again.
2. Call your service
representative for assistance.
Failure
xxxxxxxx An internal failure occurred.

hexadecimal failure code for use by
service personnel.) Record the failure code and

Passed No errors were detected.
