Undoing Editing Changes
The MRT Utility does not have an explicit “Undo” command which can undo editing
modifications to a routing table. You can accomplish the same effect by doing any of the
following:
•
Retrieving the routing table from the node again.
•
Generating the routing table for the node again.
•
Retrieving the routing table file again and selecting the node identifier from the Node
Selection List.
In each case, all editing changes prior to retrieving or generating the routing table again are lost
and must be re-entered.
Deleting a Routing Table
Routing tables are held within the MRT for the utility to operate on them. The only method for
removing them from the MRT is to delete them.
To remove a routing table from the Node Selection List, perform the following steps:
1. Click on the desired node in the Node Selection List.
The selected node identifier in the Node Selection List changes to reverse video. The
routing table for the selected node appears in the Routing Table Editing Area.
2. Select Delete Routing Table from the Edit pull-down menu.
A confirmation dialog window appears (see Figure 1-8).

3. Click on the Yes button.
The routing table is deleted and the node identifier is removed from the Node Selection
List.
